Train the Trainer at Tunnock’s

Another great Train the Trainer workshop at Tunnock’s.

Candidates discussed their role as trainers on the line, the different learning styles of individuals and how to meet those needs, and the EDIP model, amongst other things.

The day ended with each one demonstrating their skills in a short training session, and we are delighted to say they all passed with flying colours!

This is one of many workshops delivered with Tunnock’s, as they continue to support and develop their teams.

Polaris and Train the Trainer

Our training and qualifications for trainers are designed for specialist trainers as well as employees, perhaps supervisors, who need to be able to train their team members as part of a range of tasks they are responsible for.

We can offer short intensive training courses leading to recognised qualifications such as our ‘Institute of Leadership & Management Train the Trainer’ accredited qualification as well as vocational units from the Scottish Qualifications Authority, and full SQA Learning and Development Awards at Level 3 and Level 4.
