Free Bite Size Learning Events on Thursday 19th May 2022 – Morning and Afternoon sessions!

We are delighted to be able to start holding in-person, free learning events again and we are keeping our first one small to allow plenty of space for social distancing.

There will be four presentations covering:

• Delving Deeper into Training and Competency
• Training, Assessment and Verification
• Delving into Solutions

Within this we will cover such topics as:

• Ways you can build competency management into the employee lifecycle
• Steps to be genuinely confident in your recommendations to your organisation and to your clients from competency management, assessment and verification to training solutions
• How to prioritise time and budget strategically
• Know how to identify short, sharp training solutions that work

• Have clarity with your learning and development strategy and approach
• Know where you can add value and save money
• Be confident to provide clear direction on training and competency within your organisation
• Be able to challenge pre-conceptions or potential misinformation in relation to training and competency
