Workshop Topics

    This day explores the fundamental concepts of human resilience, highlighting its importance in both personal and professional settings. Participants will learn about the Four Pillars of resilience and gain insights into the human factors that influence resilience.

  • Managing the Factors of Resilience

    This day focuses on practical strategies to enhance resilience within teams. It covers tools such as the 7 C’s framework, decision-making models, managing acute stress, and implementing coping mechanisms and cognitive practices to strengthen individual and team resilience.

  • Leading Resilience

    On the last day, participants will examine the critical role of leadership and management in fostering organisational resilience. Topics include measuring and evidencing resilience, developing organisational resilience strategies, and navigating unplanned crises through effective decision-making practices.

Assessment

We have flexibility to meet your needs while maintaining the ILM Recognised standard, and post workshops, we provide a work-based assignment to help the managers apply what they have learnt in the workplace.
