Modern Apprenticeship Success at Dean’s of Huntly

There has been continued success at Dean’s of Huntly as three of their Bistro staff completed their Modern Apprenticeship in Food and Drink Operations: Food Sales and Service Skills, SCQF Level 5.

All were delighted to have completed the course. They were a pleasure to work with through their qualification: seeing the professional customer service they deliver on a daily basis to the Bistro and Coffee Stop customers, made it very easy for their Polaris Learning Assessor to see how they clearly met all of the performance criteria.
