He has been working closely with clients’ senior managements to identify and implement training & development programmes to improve performance. This includes the development and implementation of technical training programmes, supervisory and management development programmes, quality systems, qualification based programmes, career planning and development for operators, technical/QA and potential team leaders and managers.

    Achieved SQA Centre of the Year Award for the company on 2000 for work undertaken with our food & drink industry clients and most successful provider of SVQs to the industry.
    Enabled an achievement rate of over 85% completion for SVQs in the Food & Drink Industry.
    Highly experienced in the design and delivery of work based training programmes for operators, team leaders, supervisory and management development programmes to the food industry.
    The use of nationally recognised qualifications on offer from SQA; C&G; REHIS; Institute of Leadership & Management and MCI.
    Design and implementation of quality systems, work based instruction and coaching systems.
    The effective implementation of N/SVQs accredited development programmes, including the training and qualification of workplace coaches, assessors and internal verifiers.
    Expertise in meat, game, poultry, fish and other food manufacturing.
