Qualifications and Marketing Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our office team.

You must have strong organisation and administration skills, be comfortable with information technology and have experience of working with Microsoft word packages including Excel and Word.

The role will focus on supporting the different teams in the delivery and marketing of our training and qualification services.  This can be a fast paced working environment at times with quickly changing priorities while we support a wide range of clients and learners.  Applicants should be able to cope with these types of circumstances and manage their own workloads. The range of work will mean you will never be bored but it does require someone who can juggle a range of projects and is happy to help other team members when this is required.

This is a part-time role (30 hours per week) and you would be based in Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire.
