ILM Level 3 Qualifications in
Leadership and Management
INTRODUCTION TO THE QUALIFICATIONS
These qualifications are aimed at employees who are leading or managing teams within the organisation or those who want to refresh or update their skills and knowledge.
This training course focuses on the development of leadership and management skills. During the training, leaders and managers get plenty of opportunity to practice skills required for their role.
Learners will receive structured feedback from Polaris Learning as they master the skills of being an effective and efficient leader and/or manager.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT DELIVERY METHOD FOR YOUR LEARNERS
ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Team Skills – your managers complete a two day workshop, additional reading and activities, and then complete assignments. Please note the manager needs to complete a minimum of two units and two linked assignments in order to achieve this award.
We suggest that the choice of units for the Level 3 Award focuses on the management of people and this is reflected in our list of suggested units below. Further units are available within this qualification, please get in touch for further details.
There are many topics to choose from. Below is an example of the topics that can be covered in the workshops:
- Understand the Communication Process in the Workplace
- Planning Change in the Workplace
- Understanding How to Motivate to Improve Performance
Once your manager has completed the workshop or online learning, they will complete additional reading and then complete their assignments back in their workplace.
Their assigned Polaris Learning consultant will support them in completing these assignments and feedback on their work.
We can also offer a ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management.
We suggest that the choice of the units for the Level 3 Award focuses on the management of people and this is reflected in our online modules.
We allocate each learner a Polaris Learning consultant who works closely with the learner.
We build in a series of live webinars or on demand webinars to support the learning process. Client reporting is built in as standard so you can keep track of progress.
The duration of the programme can be organised to suit your requirements and we can facilitate the completion of this over a short or longer period of time.
We can also offer a combination of face to face, online and webinar support through blended learning and this can be tailored to meet your requirements.
